I recently purchased the Macbook Air, and it has exceeded my expectations. The sleek design and lightweight build make it easy to carry around, whether I’m heading to class or working from a coffee shop. The Retina display is crystal-clear, and the colors are vibrant, making it perfect for watching videos or editing photos. Performance-wise, the MacBook Air is fast and reliable. The M2 chip handles multitasking smoothly—I can have multiple tabs open while streaming music without any lag. The battery life is also impressive, lasting me an entire day on a single charge.

did not work didn’t like it took it back very disappointed

The package never arrived. Bestbuy customer support says the package was delivered. Bestbuy sent an email saying that i need to consult a local law enforcement authority. and I need to review it with local authorities. Bestbuy has to prove me that they delivered, they need to send me the signature to show that it is signed by us.

I think I received a used laptop. There were dirty vids on the drive when I bought it. I tried to watch them but I'm not into goat stuff.

In satisfying and it’s getting slow in few days also

It stopped readong my fingerprint and kept telling me my password was incorrect. I had to erase the computer 2x and i brought it back

No stars on this review. Not because of the product but because of the costumer service. 1. Wrong item was sent 2. Closest Best Buy is an Hour away 3. Costumer service has given me the run around for 3 days 4. Already paid for but told it's on hold

Product was finally made fine by Apple. Customer service from Best Buy was atrocious. GARBAGE. Will never buy another item of significance from Best Buy again.

Best Buy online turns out to be a SCAM. We paid for an Apple laptop which has not arrived after many weeks. Best Buy insists for $300 more we will switch you to a different laptop. SCAM. Bait and switch I think

Really Great for the Price being paid. Best for college students, with ample of battery life, 16GB RAM and great display. Perfect collection for everyday use

I canceled my purchase. The item was never delivered. They had the wrong address. I canceled my year membership. Also poor customer service.

The process for pickup from Best Buy was super simple and quick - I received responses to the questions I had and the staff was very friendly. The product itself works great and is exactly as describe, as well as what I was looking for. GREAT BATTERY LIFE. Great picture/display quality. Great functionality. Sleek design. Good storage space.

Several times I called the customer service department (in Spanish) to help me with some issues from Best Buy (delivery and pick up of the product) and they did not help at all.

Purchased as a gift for my teenage daughter, as I already own this edition. Sleek, compact, powerful machine. Delivery was fast and it arrived without any damages.

Too confusing. No adequate direction/instructions. I’m probably going to give it to my granddaughter.

I have not received my laptop, and the call center assured me they would handle the issue. UPS claims it was delivered. Best Buy's service is frustrating.

Overall it's a downgrade from my previous laptop, but I needed a replacement and didn't have the funds for something outrageously priced. Since the purchase, I've been pleasantly surprised. It's lightweight, no overheating and long battery life. If you're searching for simple and only need the laptop for the basics, like email and the occasional YouTube video, this one is it.

The item wasn’t delivered. Iasked for a refund and I am waiting.
