    Order at lower price wouldnt go through bc of problem w website not w my credit card or problem on my end BUT Best buy wouldnt match price. Returned and ordered elsewhere.

    DO NOT BUY! I bought this MacBook 2 months ago and it can’t do anything more than surf the web. I use it for Adobe Photoshop and it literally can’t handle it. Sometimes I spend 3 minutes before the button I clicked actually works. My Chromebook from 2015 would run Photoshop better than this garbage. It’s a headache and I’m selling it 2 months in. SAVE YOUR MONEY

    Ordered two MacBook and both of them randomly messed up my orders and cancelled my order randomly. Won’t respect the promo price and don’t want to rectify the situation. Reps don’t know what they’re doing and customer care is trash. Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere.

    Ordered online / pick up in store. Were paid for the MacBook Air M3 on Black Friday 11/29/24, today is Monday 12/02/24 I am still don't have my MacBook. Heard nothing from BB yet. So much for supporting local business.
