I recently purchased the MacBook Air M2 (16 GB + 256 GB, Midnight) from Best Buy, and the experience was excellent. The Best Buy chat support team was incredibly kind and helpful—they even agreed to price match my purchase 2-3 days after I bought the product, ensuring I got the best deal possible. Previously, I owned the MacBook Air M2 (8 GB + 256 GB, Starlight) for about a year. While that model served me well, I realized that upgrading from 8 GB to 16 GB of RAM was essential for my workflow. The trade-in process was a breeze, and I received a generous $500 credit for my previous device. Considering that upgrading from 8 GB to 16 GB would have cost me $200 at purchase, I essentially paid $250 to use my old device for a whole year—an excellent value! Additionally, the express delivery service was impressive, ensuring I received my new MacBook promptly. The Midnight color looks sleek and premium, and the performance boost with 16 GB RAM is noticeable in multitasking and demanding applications. Overall, I’m delighted with both the MacBook Air M2 and the seamless experience at Best Buy. Highly recommended!

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She enjoys it immensely. Coming from a PC to a MacBook, my granddaughter has mastered its operation. She uses it daily, smiling the entire time. She has informed me that it is lightweight and easy to carry back and forth to school. My granddaughter absolutely LOVES her MacBook Air.

Loving my new MacBook Air. The colors are great, it is lightweight, and the battery lasts a long time. I have had the same old laptop for the past 6 years, and this is so much lighter and easy to take with me. This was a much needed upgrade.

Bought this MacBook for school. Was told it wouldn’t be ideal for handling large amounts of files, pictures, etc. Completely wrong. This Mac runs extremely fast, and efficient. I usually regret large purchases, but I don’t regret this one at all. If I had to go back in time and pick another laptop for school, this would always be my #1.

Went in to get a new computer for school after my old mac broke due to my own ignorance. Got in store and was helped fairly quickly and once I chose the computer got in and out fast. Mac itself runs as a Mac should, I only need it for more simple online tasks and it does the job well and also it has cloud storage so I lost nothing of importance. Bonus it runs adobe lightroom if you're into photography.

It's lightweight and can handle any task thrown at it. I use it for research in school, and the M2 chip is more than capable for any task.
