Amazing computer! Easy to travel with and easy to use!

For years, the MacBook Air has held a unique position in the laptop landscape, promising portability without sacrificing usability. Having spent a good amount of time with the latest iteration, I can confidently say it largely delivers on that promise and then some. The first thing that strikes you is the design. It's impossibly thin and light – the kind of laptop you genuinely forget is in your bag. This makes it an absolute dream for anyone on the go, whether you're a student rushing between classes, a professional constantly hopping between meetings, or simply someone who likes to work from different corners of their home. The build quality feels as premium as you'd expect from Apple, solid and reassuring. But the MacBook Air is more than just a pretty face. The performance, especially with the Apple silicon, is truly impressive. Everyday tasks like browsing, email, and document editing are lightning fast and buttery smooth. Even more demanding applications run surprisingly well, making light work of photo editing or even some video editing tasks. The efficiency of the chip also translates to exceptional battery life. I routinely found myself going through an entire workday and then some without needing to reach for the charger – a significant upgrade from previous generations. The display is vibrant and sharp, making everything from text to videos look crisp and clear. While it might not have the ProMotion technology of its pricier siblings, it's still a joy to use for extended periods. The keyboard remains comfortable for typing, offering a decent amount of travel and a satisfying click. The trackpad, as always with MacBooks, is large, responsive, and a pleasure to use with its intuitive gestures. Of course, no product is perfect. The MacBook Air has a limited number of ports, typically just a couple of Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports and a headphone jack. This often necessitates the use of a dongle for connecting older peripherals or multiple accessories. Additionally, for truly intensive creative workflows, the MacBook Pro might still be a better choice due to its more powerful chips and better cooling. Very light and portable. I used to carry a Lenovo Legion 17 inch around. This is way easier to travel with without losing anything. The Apple family integration is seamless. I don't use it for gaming but it is great for work tasks and multitasking.

I went from a 2020 MacBook Pro to this and I couldn’t be happier! It’s smaller but packs a lot of power. I use 80% or adobe creative cloud apps on it and never had a problem with long loads in between edits. Highly recommend!

I've had my Macbook Air for almost a month and I must say that I love it. Gorgeous display and fast speed. I am still learning how to navigate through MacBook products; however, I am happy with my purchase. One of my best purchases in terms of buying a reliable laptop. I would definitely recommend it!

When I heard that the MacBook was discounted on Best Buy for the open box i instantly went to buy it! With the offers of being able to pay it off I knew I could buy it and it definitely met my expectations. For a first time user of the open box system I can say it was like the item was brand new which it was! Only complaint is about the box sadly as it looks like it had a few dents but overall the MacBook works smooth and has been a blessing ever since!

Great pricing and has 16GB for good multitasking. Battery is excellent. The only bummer is the M2 only supports 1 external monitor with the lid closed. Some scenarios will allow the laptop to be open but at a low resolution (1080p). I would also check in person if you find the screen too small, in that case move to the 15 but expect to pay way more.

There was a sale on the M2 chip MacBook Air, and that’s why I originally bought it because my current Mac, the 2020 MacBook Pro, was getting old slow and battery wouldn’t stay charged long. That was the best decision I’ve made! The keyboard has a better feel, it charges faster, and the battery last for 4 days without needing to be charged! I just don’t like how easy it is to get a fingerprint on the screen where the camera is just from opening it.

Laptop works really well and it is very pretty and very useful

This is the second time I've bought a MacBook, my other lasted me for years and years but finally got to the point where I had to replace it. I loved my first MacBook, but I love the touch button start on this one and the keyboard is much better than on my original one. It was super easy to set-up too with my Apple ID. Battery life is fantastic too. I don't use it heavily and I'm able to go a week on one charge. Love my Apple products and how they all sync up so easily! Very happy with my purchase.

I'm a Windows user, and I broke down and bought a MacBook Air. Very easy to set up out of the box. With a slight learning curve in navigating the Apple atmosphere. Very nice laptop so far. It's fast and I like the way it easily connects to the charger.
