Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the excellent overall performance, portability, and battery life of the MacBook Air 13-inch Laptop with the Apple M2 chip. Many appreciate its speed and sleek design, finding it lightweight and the perfect size for on-the-go use. While the screen quality and color are also well-received, some customers feel the base storage is somewhat limited and it can get warm during demanding tasks.

    Another Great MacBook

This is the second time I've bought a MacBook, my other lasted me for years and years but finally got to the point where I had to replace it. I loved my first MacBook, but I love the touch button start on this one and the keyboard is much better than on my original one. It was super easy to set-up too with my Apple ID. Battery life is fantastic too. I don't use it heavily and I'm able to go a week on one charge. Love my Apple products and how they all sync up so easily! Very happy with my purchase.

Staff was helpful in picking out this laptop. I am trying to adjust from windows 10 PC to a Mac .Thanks to Apple’s introduction school to Mac this is a learning process . Wow, the Mac is so much better and faster than my old pc I bought the M2 version and was told that this should be fine since I am retired and use the Mac for e mails and browsing. Thus far, really happy with my choice, especially since I took Best Buy 18 month financing at 0 interest.

There was a sale on the M2 chip MacBook Air, and that’s why I originally bought it because my current Mac, the 2020 MacBook Pro, was getting old slow and battery wouldn’t stay charged long. That was the best decision I’ve made! The keyboard has a better feel, it charges faster, and the battery last for 4 days without needing to be charged! I just don’t like how easy it is to get a fingerprint on the screen where the camera is just from opening it.

As of November 2025 this is the best laptop for the money by far. All the M series Apple Silicon computers are fast and energy efficient. Spring for the AppleCare+ as no Mac repair is cheap and AppleCare+ includes accidental damage coverage.

    Nice Little Typing Laptop

Let's keep this in mind before reading too much into my review: I'm a 33-year Windows veteran who hasn't used a Apple computer since the Apple IIe (let's not count my iPhone or iPad, okay?) and I've got to say... it ain't half bad. These MacBooks are solid chunks of aluminum with nice feeling keys and pretty okay software. The main thing Apple has been pushing is "it just works" which, for the most part (prior to Apple Intelligence) is true... provided you're already up to your knees in the Apple ecosystem AND you're okay with the fact that Apple likes to do things that make no sense except to their executive bean counters. So far, I really love USING this thing, or at least the physical act of it. Typing is pleasant, once you get used to the fact that Apple seems to think aesthetics are somehow more important than ergonomics. For example, no matter how "centered" they want to pretend this keyboard is, my hands do not feel centered at all. Also, the trackpad is centered within the width of the chassis, but the keys are NOT - basically because they never have been before. So your hands are not going to feel quite right if you're coming from a Windows machine to this Mac thing and you do a lot of typing. I was glad to get the 16GB model for a halfway decent price (relatively speaking - my Asus Vivobook with 20GB RAM and 1.5TB storage STILL cost less than this thing even after I built it up) but that's not why I bought this. This is mainly my writing laptop now, for social media and actual word processing. It'll get me around on the internet just fine, but I still prefer the wide-screen format of my 15" Asus. But aside from portability and the need for something more up-to-date than my old Ryzen-5 machine, I'm hoping that this is better with graphics and video and audio editing than my Asus. And I'm glad to see that I now have a single-port docking capability for a second monitor+power+USB for the times when I'm actually using this at my desk... a feature only my corporate Latitude 5540 could replicate before. But for all its physical density (this thing is thin and solid) the outer finish is slick and slippery. You're absolutely going to want to get a sleeve, or at least a vinyl skin, for carrying this thing around. I happen to have tons of space in my laptop bag, so this goes in there fine with my iPad and Asus and all the cables that go with them. But carrying this thing from room to room with one hand is a recipe for disaster, unless you actually prefer your laptops full of dents and scratches and Cheeto-dust. For the price you're paying for this, it would be worth every penny to at least give it some protection and slip-resistance.

I think this was a good purchase for me as I needed a new laptop after my previous MacBook had a broken LCD. Processing time is fast, the display is great, and the sound quality is superb. The team was very quick and helpful in assisting me in this purchase.

I’m really impressed with this product. The build quality feels durable and reliable, and it works exactly as described. Setup was quick and easy, and I’ve been using it daily without any issues. I especially like how practical and well-designed it is compared to similar items I’ve tried in the past. Definitely worth the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable option.

I’ve been using the MacBook Air for a few weeks now, and I’m truly impressed with how it combines sleek design with impressive performance. The laptop is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to carry around all day, whether I’m working from a coffee shop or traveling. The Retina display is sharp and vibrant, which is perfect for both professional tasks and streaming content.

For years, the MacBook Air has held a unique position in the laptop landscape, promising portability without sacrificing usability. Having spent a good amount of time with the latest iteration, I can confidently say it largely delivers on that promise and then some. The first thing that strikes you is the design. It's impossibly thin and light – the kind of laptop you genuinely forget is in your bag. This makes it an absolute dream for anyone on the go, whether you're a student rushing between classes, a professional constantly hopping between meetings, or simply someone who likes to work from different corners of their home. The build quality feels as premium as you'd expect from Apple, solid and reassuring. But the MacBook Air is more than just a pretty face. The performance, especially with the Apple silicon, is truly impressive. Everyday tasks like browsing, email, and document editing are lightning fast and buttery smooth. Even more demanding applications run surprisingly well, making light work of photo editing or even some video editing tasks. The efficiency of the chip also translates to exceptional battery life. I routinely found myself going through an entire workday and then some without needing to reach for the charger – a significant upgrade from previous generations. The display is vibrant and sharp, making everything from text to videos look crisp and clear. While it might not have the ProMotion technology of its pricier siblings, it's still a joy to use for extended periods. The keyboard remains comfortable for typing, offering a decent amount of travel and a satisfying click. The trackpad, as always with MacBooks, is large, responsive, and a pleasure to use with its intuitive gestures. Of course, no product is perfect. The MacBook Air has a limited number of ports, typically just a couple of Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports and a headphone jack. This often necessitates the use of a dongle for connecting older peripherals or multiple accessories. Additionally, for truly intensive creative workflows, the MacBook Pro might still be a better choice due to its more powerful chips and better cooling. In conclusion, the latest MacBook Air is a fantastic laptop for a wide range of users. It perfectly balances portability, performance, and battery life in a sleek and well-built package. While the port selection might be limiting for some, the overall experience is undeniably polished and enjoyable. If you prioritize a lightweight machine that can handle daily tasks with ease and last all day, the MacBook Air is undoubtedly a top contender.

I have been a msft user for many years, and I still a desktop machine for certain uses. This macbook has been a solid performing laptop for my needs - mainly used for small business needs online with some google docs. I am very satisfied with the overall performance, power, battery life, and tools provided.

I love this MacBook. I’ve been using it since August and it’s been awesome. I love playing games on it and watching tv. I also use it for hard school essays and the battery lasts all day. Would recommend for students!! The only con about it is personally I’m not used to lightweight computers yet (old windows user)

I went from a 2020 MacBook Pro to this and I couldn’t be happier! It’s smaller but packs a lot of power. I use 80% or adobe creative cloud apps on it and never had a problem with long loads in between edits. Highly recommend!

I recently upgraded to the MacBook Air M2, and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The speed improvement is noticeable right away apps open instantly, multitasking is buttery smooth, and the M3 chip handles everything from everyday tasks to heavier creative work without breaking a sweat. The battery life is incredible, easily lasting me through a full day of work and then some. The display is bright and sharp, making movies and editing photos look fantastic. Plus, the laptop is so lightweight that it’s perfect for travel or working on the go. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and ultra-portable laptop, this is the one. 100% worth the upgrade!

I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy for my wife, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—everyone we spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help us find the right device. What really impressed me was how easy it was to apply for and receive a Best Buy credit card. The process was quick, straightforward, and explained clearly, which made checking out even easier. We left the store feeling confident about our purchase and happy with the level of service we received. Highly recommend Best Buy for anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service!
