First time puchasing an apple computer. Stopped working a month after purchase. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on at all, ran hot. Had to get an entirely new device. I'm not sure if I would purchase again considering this experience.

Every thing from the Mac air book is fine the only negative aspect is the battery life

Would not recommend if you are used to using windows.

I recently purchased the Macbook Air, and it has exceeded my expectations. The sleek design and lightweight build make it easy to carry around, whether I’m heading to class or working from a coffee shop. The Retina display is crystal-clear, and the colors are vibrant, making it perfect for watching videos or editing photos. Performance-wise, the MacBook Air is fast and reliable. The M2 chip handles multitasking smoothly—I can have multiple tabs open while streaming music without any lag. The battery life is also impressive, lasting me an entire day on a single charge.

The package never arrived. Bestbuy customer support says the package was delivered. Bestbuy sent an email saying that i need to consult a local law enforcement authority. and I need to review it with local authorities. Bestbuy has to prove me that they delivered, they need to send me the signature to show that it is signed by us.

Really Great for the Price being paid. Best for college students, with ample of battery life, 16GB RAM and great display. Perfect collection for everyday use

In satisfying and it’s getting slow in few days also

Purchased as a gift for my teenage daughter, as I already own this edition. Sleek, compact, powerful machine. Delivery was fast and it arrived without any damages.

I think I received a used laptop. There were dirty vids on the drive when I bought it. I tried to watch them but I'm not into goat stuff.

It stopped readong my fingerprint and kept telling me my password was incorrect. I had to erase the computer 2x and i brought it back

I canceled my purchase. The item was never delivered. They had the wrong address. I canceled my year membership. Also poor customer service.

Best Buy online turns out to be a SCAM. We paid for an Apple laptop which has not arrived after many weeks. Best Buy insists for $300 more we will switch you to a different laptop. SCAM. Bait and switch I think

The process for pickup from Best Buy was super simple and quick - I received responses to the questions I had and the staff was very friendly. The product itself works great and is exactly as describe, as well as what I was looking for. GREAT BATTERY LIFE. Great picture/display quality. Great functionality. Sleek design. Good storage space.

It’s a little bit laggy I am going to return and upgrade to the m3 or m4 pro

Honestly a really well investment and very happy I bought it. I got it for my first year in college and honestly it's holding really well without having to worry about display or battery. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mac book.

Very good computer for travel. Hard drive is a bit small but I have an external very light convenient and long battery life.

The Apple Macbook Air was a gift for my guy, who has been using it non-stop since he received it. Not super tech-savvy, he has found it easy to use and has been able to figure out, on his own, anything a bit challenging. He is shopping, researching, reading/writing messages, emails and documents and taking phone calls on it. He finds the keyboard comfortable and the general design, attractive and practical. He says "this was a great choice for me!"
