Battery died in less than a year and I didn’t even use that much

its great no problems had a hard time setting nit up

The product was in great shape. Perfect condition.

Great product, but the store screwed up and gave me the wrong color. I was notified about a week later, but by that time it would have been too much of a hassle to wipe it clean and set up a new one. No wonder the cashier couldn’t get it to scan when I picked it up (ordered in store pick up).

I have had nothing but trouble out of this laptop. It does whatever it wants to do whenever it wants to do it. Keyboard is not working properly, been locked out multiple times, having to connect an external keyboard to get back in. I set things up and then it goes back to the previous setting. I just want to return it since support twice has not been able to fix the problems.

Was everything we wanted. Ordered and picked it up the same day.

Excited for my granddaughter to use this in college next year!

wifi keeps disconnecting even connecting to new wifi same issue persisted. and so many times you type something it wont show up where u actually typed. not very happy overall.

the m2 chip is more than enough for normal and dayli task.

I was told the price will go down but it didn’t...

After 8 years with my 2015 MacBook Pro, I finally upgraded to this new MacBook Air. I couldn't be any happier! It's gorgeous, light, and fast. And surprisingly cheap, too (as far as Apple products go)! The Pros: - Lightweight - Long battery charge (it can last for a couple days of casual use without charging) - Easy transfer of data between MacBooks - Butterfly keys are satisfying to type (even though I loved the old keys!) - 1-finger Touch function works great - Comes with 2x the GB of memory compared to my old MacBook Pro Cons: - Gets dirty easily: I've left some noticeable fingerprints on both the space gray shell and my screen. You'll have to clean the MacBook Air more often, but that's just a bit of a cosmestic issue Overall, I really adore my new MacBook Air. Very happy with my purchase!

Thought it was a really good product returned it though because it was too expensive

It arrived damaged. The outer cardboard box had no padding in it so the MacBook box shifted quite a bit. It had a nick in the MacBook box and a dent in the computer. So disappointed in Best Buy’s shipping standard. Contacted customer service and they were no help. Now we have to go to the store and see about getting a replacement. A disappointing Christmas gift experience.

This computer does not have a USB-B port. All of my data sticks require a translator for the USB-C port that the co Purer has. Not very sturdy . Looks like it will be easy to break

Picked up the Apple - MacBook Air 13-inch Apple M3 chip Built for Apple Intelligence - 16GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Silver on January 10th. Screen stopped working February 17th. Paid over $900 for a device that is now not working properly just over a month of ownership.

I think Best Buy needs to do a better job handling delivery through third party companies but the MacBook itself works like functioned , it’s a very amazing buy for what is advertised.
