Excellent product, Fast Delivery, good customer service

My daughter likes the computer only complaint is battery life not very good.

Solid entry into the Mac environment. Great for kids and light future work.

Thought it was a really good product returned it though because it was too expensive

I think Best Buy needs to do a better job handling delivery through third party companies but the MacBook itself works like functioned , it’s a very amazing buy for what is advertised.

I bought a MacBook three months ago, and while I like a lot of things about it, I’ve been having a really frustrating issue with the Wi-Fi. Most of the time, it just won’t connect properly, and the only way to fix it is by restarting the laptop. This happens way too often and it really affects my work and daily use. For a device this expensive, I expected much better. I hope Apple fixes this issue soon.

bought this laptop that comes with free 3 months subscription @ itunes. but can't redeem it (i have itunes account). it says new & returning subscribers.it's a lie.

Slow, not a lot of space, gave away to even slower stepson

This is a good laptop however it does not seem to work with my iMac. They are two different operating systems so they are not in synch. I would give it back if I could.

The charger had to get replace by Apple; it was DOA.
