This is a much needed upgrade after using a MacBook Pro from 2008. The MacBook is fast and reliable, and most importantly useful for every day task.

Don't get the midnight color. I think the store associate ordered the wrong color for me. I originally wanted the starlight (golden). I had read online that the midnight color retains fingerprints and smudges. Reviews were right. I didn't think it would bother me that much but they really do stand out. ended up returning the computer to swap it for a starlight color that does not retain smears.

love these computers had rose gold for some years went to midnite.. only thing I would say leaves lots of handprints on this color so got a clear case.. other than that. love it.

It's a great laptop, and I was very pleased with the help I received from Best Buy employees. There was a speedy turnaround from purchase to actually receiving the computer.

They brought back the good charger not the usb c that stays connected hard the magnet charger is the best . The keyboard is nice the black is just so nice I’m loving this

I went in to buy an (open box) Macbook Air. Service was good EXCEPT the OS was not installed before my purchase and I had to wait quite a while in the atore while the OS is being installed. And the store was then closing so they gave me the option to install it myself at home or come back to the store again when the Geek Squad completed installing it. I opted to take it home which took quite a while again. I asked before about the warranty, the sales person could not give me a specific answer because he said it depends on when the appl care date was on the computer… and after installing I found out that the date was about 2 years already. A bit disappointed so hopefully my macbook does not crash anytime soon.

The new M2 CPU is vastly superior to my 2018 Macbook Air. Its made my work so much more efficient and satisfying.

I just opened it and it’s confusing it has so much technology and I’m still trying to understand it the graphics are ok like I said I have to go through all settings to see if I can adjust it. Thank you god bless
