Disappointed with Wi-Fi Issues on My MacBook

Most of the time, it just won’t connect properly, and the only way to fix it is by restarting the laptop. This happens way too often and it really affects my work and daily use. For a device this expensive, I expected much better. I hope Apple fixes this issue soon.

Very disappointing

It was an open box order that said it was an excellent condition! When I received the computer it would not turn on. When I plugged it in it would not even charge up! So I don’t understand how this could be an excellent condition! I should have just bought the brand new one that was on sale at that time also. Very disappointed in the way that Best Buy handled it. I ended up buying a new one that was $200 more. I will definitely be thinking twice about purchasing things from Best Buy again.

Computer stopped working a month after purchase

Stopped working a month after purchase. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on at all, ran hot. Had to get an entirely new device. I'm not sure if I would purchase again considering this experience.
