Received as a Christmas gift, absolutely love! I use this for school and just for fun :). After using my MAC BOOK I will never go back to whatever else is out there again ;)

I ordered an open-box MacBook Air listed as being in excellent condition, but the device I received did not meet that standard. The packaging indicated it may have been a display unit, return, or reconditioned product, and upon opening it, it was clear it had been used as a display model. I noticed fingerprints and residue on the space bar, scratches on the corner of the device, and even what appeared to be white pet hair. Despite attempting to clean it, there is still visible residue I cannot remove. Given the cosmetic wear and lack of professional cleaning, this device should have been rated “good” or even “fair,” not “excellent.” If Best Buy’s inspection process does not include proper cleaning before resale, buyers should proceed with caution. Because new technology purchases carry significant environmental impacts—especially in global manufacturing and disposal—I still encourage buying renewed or refurbished products whenever possible.

This MacBook Air is an amazing laptop. I have learned so many things I can do on it and still learning more.

My first Macbook and I couldn’t be happier. Love the finish, love the OS even though it took some getting used to. Use it for studying and college classes.

Well about this laptop what can I say. Is apple Apple has probe time to time. They are the best Laptop M3 very fast smooth OS. I just love it And Best Buy made the purchase very easy.
