First time mac owner, forever apple device user other than mac’s. Yes, there is a learning curve but its been great! Runs laps around the junk Ive wasted time and money on over the years that uses two initials. Picked up shortcut stickers to help and learning it while having my old non-mac nearby for windows based items I might need. Id rather have to learn a new system than be ticked off with junk that stops working like initial brand Ive had for decades! No thanks! My pretty starlight mac is gorgeous! Beautiful product, fast, small, lightweight and basically perfect for me as a parent working on my PHD.

I recently upgraded from a 2018 MacBook Air to the new M3 MacBook Air 13-inch from Best Buy, and the difference is night and day. The performance boost from the M3 chip is immediately noticeable and everything feels snappier, from multitasking to light creative work. The battery life is outstanding, lasting well beyond a full day of work. The upgraded display and improved keyboard add to the premium feel, making it a worthwhile investment. While the limited ports remain a drawback, the overall experience has been seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lightweight yet powerful laptop.

I love my new Mac air. It's smaller and more convenient than my MacBook Pro. It's size is perfect, and it's light and portable. It is fast and so easy to use. The battery last such a long time as well...

I've had this for about a month and overall, I’m very impressed. The size and weight are perfect for portability—light enough to carry around all day without any strain. The battery life is phenomenal, easily lasting me through a full day of work and beyond. However, I’m not a fan of the new charging port. It feels unnecessary for Apple to make these changes, especially when the previous standards were perfectly functional. It’s frustrating to need new accessories or adaptors just to keep using my setup. With all that said, if you can get past the charging port issue, this MacBook Air is an excellent choice. It’s sleek, powerful, and great for both work and entertainment.

I decided to upgrade my wife’s computer so she can use it to finish her schooling and for her work. It is much lighter and space saving when she packs it to carry in her bag. It connects to her other apple devices and syncs it all up and can handoff from one device to another. We added AppleCare as it is just great to have if something goes wrong and know it’s covered. She is very happy with her computer upgrade. Looked at doing lesser ones that were 2 years old but this model with the M3 and 16gb Ram was just the better choice to start from for the price point.

Switched to MacBook Air a few years ago and don't ever imagine going back to Windows. It took some getting used at first, but nothing searching Apple support couldn't help with. I have had the MacBook 13 M1, M2, & M3 8B ram and 256 GB SSD. I recently started using Powerpoint for presentations and the 8GB was causing some lag, so when I saw the 16 GB ram system came out, I traded in the M3 8GB and with a price match the difference was $189. The 16 GB made a significant difference. Once negative about this product is that it does not have a touch screen. I wish Apple would make them with touch screens, not a necessity, but would be nice. I have traded and price matched many devices with Best Buy over the years and have found this process to be very efficient. You add your trade in to the cart online, purchase the new device online, take the factory reset trade in to the nearest Best Buy or ship (Shout out to New Hartford NY amazing customer service), pick up your new device. The in store process depending on how busy the store is can be as quick as a 8-10 minute process. One time it took about 35 minutes because the check out computer malfunctioned and the associate had to start over. I have shopped at Best Buy for both business and personal for many years now mostly for Apple products and overall have had great experiences. I can't speak for other stores, but the New Hartford NY store has always been great!!!

I bought this laptop even though I didn’t need it and could not afford it. I did the Starlight version. Apple updated the ram to 16gbs which was grately appreciated. 256gbs of HD space was fine for my business needs as we have another drive at the office that I can store stuff on. It is very fast and the base charger is fine enough for 90% of users. Its a great laptop but if you are using it for personal use, I would recommend the 1TB option for space. I would also recommend the Starlight color because it is so striking in color and stands out in a crowd.

Had to buy a new computer for work purposes. Love the lightweight, and sleek style of the midnight blue. I appreciate the easy set up and connection to my iPhone. It’s also been a pleasure having a system that responds and works quickly with no lag. This is my first Mac but I’ve found it easy to adjust and am loving it much more than I did the previous windows laptops I’ve had. I’ve used it for about a month now on and off and the battery life is exquisite. Have gone at least a week without plugging in.

I recently started my own business and needed to upgrade my aging computer. I love the portability and long battery life this new machine has granted me. I also love the performance of the M3. I was not ready for such a jump in performance in such a small package.
