Terrific choice - especially while on sale!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this today on special while at $699 and, with $150 trade in dollars for my previous, more limited 2018 model Macbook Air, this was a no-brainer. Fast and efficient with a terrific display. If you do not need the latest M4 series Macs, this M2 is still a faaassst, worthy major step up for anyone using an older Intel processor model Macbook now limited re: lack of macOS upgrade-ability.

Review MacBook Air
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The MacBook Air is a fantastic laptop that perfectly balances performance, portability, and style. Its lightweight design makes it ideal for students, professionals, and anyone who needs to work on the go. The performance, especially with the Apple M1/M2 chip (depending on the model), is impressive. It handles everyday tasks like browsing, video calls, and document editing with ease, and even supports light photo or video editing. The battery life is outstanding, lasting up to 12–15 hours on a single charge, which is a game-changer for people who need to work long hours without being tethered to a charger. The Retina display is crisp, with vibrant colors and sharp text, making it perfect for watching videos or working on creative projects. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the trackpad is smooth and responsive. However, it’s not without limitations. The MacBook Air might struggle with more intensive tasks, like heavy 4K video editing or gaming, but it’s not designed for those purposes. Additionally, the limited ports (only two USB-C) might require adapters for some users. Overall, the MacBook Air is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a sleek, reliable, and high-performing laptop for everyday use.

A year later still one of my Best Purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my MacBook from Best Buy about a year ago, and it’s still running perfectly. I do most of my electronics shopping at Best Buy because they always offer great service, good prices, and reliable warranties. The MacBook has been amazing fast, lightweight, and durable. Battery life is still strong after a full year of daily use. The staff at Best Buy helped me pick the right model and made the buying process super easy. I’ve been shopping here for years and they never disappoint. Highly recommend both the MacBook and Best Buy!

Super light, super fast—love it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using the 13” MacBook Air for a little while now, and honestly, I love it. It’s so light and easy to carry around—I can just toss it in my bag and go. It boots up super fast, runs really smooth, and the battery lasts pretty much all day, which is a big deal for me since I hate constantly looking for a charger. The screen is super clear and bright, and everything just feels nice and clean when you use it. I mostly use it for school stuff, browsing, streaming, and some light work—and it handles it all without a problem. Overall, if you’re looking for a laptop that’s reliable, lightweight, and just works great without any fuss, I’d say go for it. I’m really happy with it—and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about getting one.

Blown Away by the Speed and Battery Life!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This MacBook with the M2 chip is an absolute game changer. I upgraded from an older Intel MacBook, and the difference is night and day. It boots instantly, handles multiple apps without slowing down, and Final Cut Pro runs smoother than I ever imagined. The battery lasts me all day — literally 15+ hours on a single charge with light to moderate use. I was skeptical at first about the performance claims, but they’re legit. The Retina display is gorgeous, and the keyboard feels incredibly comfortable to type on. Even the speakers are surprisingly loud and clear for a laptop this size. Perfect for school, work, and even some light gaming. Apple nailed it with this one. Highly recommend! Bonus tip: If you’re on the fence, get the 512GB version — you’ll thank yourself later!

Power and Efficiency with M3 chip and 16GB RAM
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The MacBook Air M3 is an exceptional laptop that combines impressive performance with remarkable efficiency. The M3 chip delivers smooth operation for everyday tasks like web browsing, document editing, and light photo editing. Battery life is outstanding, lasting over 15 hours on a single charge, making it perfect for all-day productivity without worrying about plugging in. The keyboard provides excellent typing experience with perfect key feedback, while the trackpad remains one of the best in the industry. Performance has improved across the board compared to its M2 predecessor, with better CPU test results and faster processing in applications like Photoshop and Premiere Pro. The laptop handles multitasking efficiently, though you might experience minor lag with numerous Chrome tabs and large spreadsheets open simultaneously. The M3's improved GPU now supports hardware-accelerated ray tracing and mesh shading, enhancing gaming capabilities. One minor drawback is that the color midnight blue shows fingerprints, requiring regular cleaning. However, these small issues don't detract from the overall excellence of what is arguably one of the best laptops available for everyday use.

Macbook
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The MacBook Air is easily one of the best laptops I’ve used. It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes it perfect for carrying around all day, whether I’m working at a coffee shop or heading to class. The battery life is seriously impressive—I can go almost the entire day without needing to charge. The screen is bright and clear, and everything runs super smoothly thanks to the M-series chip. I don’t do any heavy editing or gaming, but for writing, browsing, watching videos, and even some light photo work, it’s more than enough. The keyboard feels great to type on, and I love how quiet it is overall since there’s no fan. I do wish it had a few more ports, but that’s a small trade-off for how sleek and portable it is. Overall, it just works really well—and looks good doing it. Definitely worth it if you want something reliable and portable.

Decent laptop for $750 - get it on sale!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a new, lightweight laptop and this was really the best I could find for the price and size. It's gotten harder and harder to find 13" laptops under 3lbs and this fit the bill there - my previous GalaxyBook was 13" and under *2lbs* but Samsung stopped making those in favor of more 2-in-1's.... At $750 this is perfect, and Apple hardware tends to last a LONG time, even if the software isn's always ideal. I wish it was easier to grip - the brushed metal is sleek but makes it hard to pick up with my reduced hand strength, and there's really no good edges/corners to balance against. Easy enough to solve with some grippy adhesives, but it's one thing I don't like about Apple's stuff. Wish it had more storage space and was upgradable, but knew everything about that ahead of time and was a sacrifice to make (I refuse to pay such exorbitant amounts for another 256GB(!!) of storage), and I'll get by. I also wish there were more than 2 USB ports, but at least there's a headphone jack... my GalaxyBook2 managed to fit 2 USB-C, 1 USB-A, an HDMI, AND a headphone jack on it, and it was thinner than this. I just don't get why we seem to be going backwards in features and size/weight... Overall not disappointed in this laptop itself, but rather that as a field, laptops have again gone in favor of bigger and heavier when we previously reached a good balance of size and weight. The display is great - that's one really nice thing about Macs, and the keyboard is pleasant to type on. The Apple logo is bigger and a little more obnoxious, but I'm probably going to get a skin for it at some point so, whatever. Webcam is great, no complaints there, and TouchID is always a plus for me AND it works very well. Overall I'll always prefer Windows, but this has enough of pro:con ratio for me to be happy with it.

Very happy with my upgrade!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Always love a Mac for their intuitive functionality and virus avoidance, but upgrading to this new version, with a larger memory was a big upgrade. I work remote, and generally with many tabs open. At the recommendation of the Best Buy sales associate, went with this larger 16GB memory and I'm so glad I did. So fast, so responsive, and looks beautiful (in Starlight), too. Plus, the battery life is amazing - I can go all day without having to plug it in.

Base model is a great deal for light use
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's great for watching movies, presentations, doing basic tasks. Maybe some coding that does not involve any heavy stuff, or light photo editing. Great battery, and very snappy. The base model is a great deal if this is what you need it for. But if you need it for heavier work or need more storage, maybe go for the pro version or a high-end windows PC. I think for 90% of people the base model is more than enough, and the upgrades are not worth the cost. Minus one star because of the fingerprints, I regret getting the blue one, it only looks good the first 5 minutes before you touch it. Go for a lighter color.
