wifi keeps disconnecting even connecting to new wifi same issue persisted. and so many times you type something it wont show up where u actually typed. not very happy overall.

Excited for my granddaughter to use this in college next year!

Great product, but the store screwed up and gave me the wrong color. I was notified about a week later, but by that time it would have been too much of a hassle to wipe it clean and set up a new one. No wonder the cashier couldn’t get it to scan when I picked it up (ordered in store pick up).

After 8 years with my 2015 MacBook Pro, I finally upgraded to this new MacBook Air. I couldn't be any happier! It's gorgeous, light, and fast. And surprisingly cheap, too (as far as Apple products go)! The Pros: - Lightweight - Long battery charge (it can last for a couple days of casual use without charging) - Easy transfer of data between MacBooks - Butterfly keys are satisfying to type (even though I loved the old keys!) - 1-finger Touch function works great - Comes with 2x the GB of memory compared to my old MacBook Pro Cons: - Gets dirty easily: I've left some noticeable fingerprints on both the space gray shell and my screen. You'll have to clean the MacBook Air more often, but that's just a bit of a cosmestic issue Overall, I really adore my new MacBook Air. Very happy with my purchase!

This computer does not have a USB-B port. All of my data sticks require a translator for the USB-C port that the co Purer has. Not very sturdy . Looks like it will be easy to break

This company is legit a bunch of clowns. Lets starts form the beginning. I first ordered a macbook air on the 17th of february and it was expected to come to my house on the 20/21 because i have the membership it however didn't because it snowed and got delayed. I'm not even mad about this because i expected it a few days later. On friday it kept saying delayed so i called best buy and j was on the phone for 3 hours with people that told me i couldn't do anything because it said it was in transit (it was not and they had none of the color i ordered left) after that i called the store and a the worked canceled and let me reorder(she was the best and most competent) so i ordered (on Saturday the 22) a different color and they said it was ment to get to me on the 25 tuesday. It however didn't and was expected today and GOT DELAYED ONCE AGAIN. It is expected tomorrow. I swear if it gets canceled again i'm going to crash out. If your going to promise something is in stock or will arrive at a time MAKE SURE IT IS OR ARIVES AT THAT TIME.

Can’t STAND this worthless complicated, poor excuse of a laptop. A BAND of money for NOTHING.

Pretty good laptop, nothing special to be honest. An M1, M2 Mac or even a M4 iPad is just as good. Cant really recommend 60hz displays anymore, no matter how good a laptop is. Every display we look at is constantly getting better and faster, except these.

I was not prepared for the difference between MacBook and Windows systems. I am lost when trying to use the new laptop . Even deleting a screen is tough. Not very happy with purchase

I have to give Apple one-star ratings until they return to the days when they actually built great computers. Nowadays, they feel so cheap, and they don't actually perform as well as they claim to. I wish they would go back to their designs from the early-to-mid 2000s when they made tanks, and you could actually customize them on your own. Nowadays, they are throwaway products like plastic cups, and the only reason I bought this is because my last MacBook stopped working with my browser and all the automatic software upgrades they foist on you now. I used to be an Apple fan. Now I try to talk everyone out of ever using an Apple product.

Terrible best buy service. Rude staff and lost the order. Wasted alot of times with them.

Product was fine sales experience terrible.Purchased Mac book air,supposedly m3 8gb 256ssd without letting me know that configuration was not available salesman ordered a m2 processor and 16gb got home saw receipt and tried to call customer service after 5 minutes ringing with no answer went back to store where I was advised if I wanted m3 processor would cost more since only available with 16 gb and not availablein the color you first order why have an ad for something if it's not available why does salesperson change your purchase without advising you seems like a shady bait and switch

This whole mix up was very unpleasant and unnecessary as a costumer I was very unsatisfied.
