    I was needing a laptop in e ny office closed so I ran out to Best Buy and the service was outstanding and the rep that helped me went above and be on to make sure I left with what I needed. My purchase was smooth from start to finish! I will always go to Best Buy for all my electronic needs!!

    Bought this for my daughter who will be attending college in the Fall. Got it for a great price and she loves it. I do wish that it came with the Microsoft office suite and was touchscreen. These are the only 2 reasons I’m giving four stars. Otherwise, I’d give it five stars.
