    Took one star off for my lack of knowledge on the use of MAC. I have used a Windows system for decades. Some glitches with initial setup and syncing my other Apple devices. AI helped resolve the issues.

    Not bad. We ended up getting this refurbished. It was in great condition, and everything was intact with hardly any cosmetic wear. Looked and acted brand new.

    pc guy. first Mac so I could learn the OS.altough I do have pretty much the whole apple ecosystem. watch, phone, etc. it works great and is seamless with the other devices.

    I love my computer! More importantly I love the service I received at Best Buy! I purchased online for in store pickup and was able to do so the very next day! The process was quick and easy with no wait when I got to the store!

    Takes a bit to get used to compared to a regular laptop if youre switching but its very straight forward and nice. i would recommend a screen protector to make cleaning the screen easier cause it gets dirty so fast and is hard to clean.
