I have had nothing but trouble out of this laptop. It does whatever it wants to do whenever it wants to do it. Keyboard is not working properly, been locked out multiple times, having to connect an external keyboard to get back in. I set things up and then it goes back to the previous setting. I just want to return it since support twice has not been able to fix the problems.

the m2 chip is more than enough for normal and dayli task.

Picked up the Apple - MacBook Air 13-inch Apple M3 chip Built for Apple Intelligence - 16GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Silver on January 10th. Screen stopped working February 17th. Paid over $900 for a device that is now not working properly just over a month of ownership.

It arrived damaged. The outer cardboard box had no padding in it so the MacBook box shifted quite a bit. It had a nick in the MacBook box and a dent in the computer. So disappointed in Best Buy’s shipping standard. Contacted customer service and they were no help. Now we have to go to the store and see about getting a replacement. A disappointing Christmas gift experience.

I think Best Buy needs to do a better job handling delivery through third party companies but the MacBook itself works like functioned , it’s a very amazing buy for what is advertised.

After 5 months of use screen stared freezing and having moments of the entire screen turning black.

I bought a MacBook three months ago, and while I like a lot of things about it, I’ve been having a really frustrating issue with the Wi-Fi. Most of the time, it just won’t connect properly, and the only way to fix it is by restarting the laptop. This happens way too often and it really affects my work and daily use. For a device this expensive, I expected much better. I hope Apple fixes this issue soon.

bought this laptop that comes with free 3 months subscription @ itunes. but can't redeem it (i have itunes account). it says new & returning subscribers.it's a lie.

Was very disappointed with this order. It was an open box order that said it was an excellent condition! When I received the computer it would not turn on. When I plugged it in it would not even charge up! So I don’t understand how this could be an excellent condition! I should have just bought the brand new one that was on sale at that time also. Very disappointed in the way that Best Buy handled it. I ended up buying a new one that was $200 more. I will definitely be thinking twice about purchasing things from Best Buy again.

The charger had to get replace by Apple; it was DOA.

First time puchasing an apple computer. Stopped working a month after purchase. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on at all, ran hot. Had to get an entirely new device. I'm not sure if I would purchase again considering this experience.

This machine functions well and it is a must have.
