First Macbook Purchase

But they all cost more than I was able to spend. Then Best Buy had a deal for last year's version and we quickly purchased it. The Best Buy store worker was so kind and knowledgable and helped us with all the macbook related questions we had. My daughter has been using it for a month now and has no complaints.

As a windows user for almost 10 years wanted to try macbook and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, display. Great upgrade (Intel to M3)

It handles everything without issue. It feels almost instantly responsive in comparison to my previous MacBook.

MacBook Air On time Delivery: A Complete Disaster

The whole experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received. Best Buy has been managing my order so poorly and disgracefully; the experience has been extremely unpleasant and very unprofessional! Buyers beware!! If you can't pick it up the item and take it home, do not purchase anything online or have it shipped to your home. The possibility of you not getting it on time or at all is extremely high. There are other places to get your items instead of Best Buy!
