This would one a 5-star review except for a "surprises (maybe this info is somewhere in the pre-sale literature, but I was surprised to learn that: - There is NO USB-A port, only USB-C ports. Required purchase of a new Time Machine HDD (I tried to use an A-to-C adapter on the HDD cable but it is flaky)

Reliable - No Fuss Performance

I've had this MacBook Air 13-inch M3 for about a month and it doesn't disappoint. The battery lasts ridiculously long, much longer than my iPhone. I use it about 20 hours per week and it holds a charge. I've been charging it about once per week and I never worry about finding an outlet to charge when I'm working from a coffee shop or just in my living room.

This is his second one, the 1st one was in compiter bookbag and he opend up his car door and it fell out and broke tje screen. 6 days oit of warranty. It was cheaper to get him a new one.

This is bigger and heavier but not by a ton and it works much better…quick, responsive, decent camera. No problems so far.
