Can’t STAND this worthless complicated, poor excuse of a laptop. A BAND of money for NOTHING.

Pretty good laptop, nothing special to be honest. An M1, M2 Mac or even a M4 iPad is just as good. Cant really recommend 60hz displays anymore, no matter how good a laptop is. Every display we look at is constantly getting better and faster, except these.

I was not prepared for the difference between MacBook and Windows systems. I am lost when trying to use the new laptop . Even deleting a screen is tough. Not very happy with purchase

I have to give Apple one-star ratings until they return to the days when they actually built great computers. Nowadays, they feel so cheap, and they don't actually perform as well as they claim to. I wish they would go back to their designs from the early-to-mid 2000s when they made tanks, and you could actually customize them on your own. Nowadays, they are throwaway products like plastic cups, and the only reason I bought this is because my last MacBook stopped working with my browser and all the automatic software upgrades they foist on you now. I used to be an Apple fan. Now I try to talk everyone out of ever using an Apple product.

Product was fine sales experience terrible.Purchased Mac book air,supposedly m3 8gb 256ssd without letting me know that configuration was not available salesman ordered a m2 processor and 16gb got home saw receipt and tried to call customer service after 5 minutes ringing with no answer went back to store where I was advised if I wanted m3 processor would cost more since only available with 16 gb and not availablein the color you first order why have an ad for something if it's not available why does salesperson change your purchase without advising you seems like a shady bait and switch

Terrible best buy service. Rude staff and lost the order. Wasted alot of times with them.

This whole mix up was very unpleasant and unnecessary as a costumer I was very unsatisfied.

Picked up the Apple - MacBook Air 13-inch Apple M3 chip Built for Apple Intelligence - 16GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Silver on January 10th. Screen stopped working February 17th. Paid over $900 for a device that is now not working properly just over a month of ownership.

I would love to tell you how my laptop is working, but I'm waiting for Geek Squad to transfer over the data from my old laptop to the new one. I was told by Bau (?) at the Glendora store that it would be ready today (Jan 10) by noon. Today Santiago tells me it's not ready and that this type of order takes 3-7 days to complete. Had I been told that in the first place, I would not have left both my laptops with Geek Squad at this time. Help!

this is nothing about the item it could be a great laptop if i could turn it on purchased a OB excellent cond drove 2 hrs to pick got home no manual or power cable you cannot call the store anymore only customer care who is no help every solution is take product back why when you can just connect me to the store and then send me the missing items this company has been getting worse and worse guess i will return item to my store and purchase a laptop somewhere else

The shipping packaging was horrible. The Macbook box was put loosely in a larger box. It could easily slide around and be damaged.

The functioning is as one would expect, no doubt. The body is terrible. They made rather sharp edges, which dig into your wrist. I didn't even realize how bad it was until my nerves started hurting excessively. Can't ignore the pointy indents around the centre area where one opens the lid. Disappointed.

No stars on this review. Not because of the product but because of the costumer service. 1. Wrong item was sent 2. Closest Best Buy is an Hour away 3. Costumer service has given me the run around for 3 days 4. Already paid for but told it's on hold

Product was finally made fine by Apple. Customer service from Best Buy was atrocious. GARBAGE. Will never buy another item of significance from Best Buy again.

Several times I called the customer service department (in Spanish) to help me with some issues from Best Buy (delivery and pick up of the product) and they did not help at all.

Too confusing. No adequate direction/instructions. I’m probably going to give it to my granddaughter.

I have not received my laptop, and the call center assured me they would handle the issue. UPS claims it was delivered. Best Buy's service is frustrating.

Not happy at all. need to be more professional. Went to pitch up item. It was return.

Not my purchase. Should have checked I.D. better.

Great macbook, it is quick, the display is stunning and I love ths size. Small enough for travel but does not affect the display or use.
