    The laptop is just what I needed. Salesman was easy to work with. Geek Squad transferred all the data from my old laptop to the new laptop. However the new laptop won't update automatically. I will go back to the Best Buy Geek Squad and get an explanation as to why the new one won't update automatically. Overall a good experience at Best Buy.

    Great computer but my only criticism is that the dark Midnight color shows every fingerprint and smudge and is a pain to clean. Go with the silver instead.
