My experience with Best Buy is why I didn’t leave 5 stars. I purchased the wrong color originally and when I went to exchange it they wouldn’t honor the price I purchased the first one for. The $50 difference isn’t a huge deal, but it’s the fact that they wouldn’t just swap it out for the color I needed. Same product = same price in my opinion.

Geek Squad transferred all the data from my old laptop to the new laptop. However the new laptop won't update automatically. I will go back to the Best Buy Geek Squad and get an explanation as to why the new one won't update automatically. Overall a good experience at Best Buy.
