    Purchased for my granddaughter who needed it for school. It was exactly what she wanted and needed. As a long-time MacBook user was more than happy to do it and BestBuy price was best in town. Associate was very helpful and patient with her.

    Love the new MacBook but the store clerk would not allow me to take it home without my trade in and was rude when I said my paperwork says I would be credited trade in value when I brought it in…. Thus I did NOT get a trade in refund
