Apple makes the best products, able to run Microsoft software, like Excel.

It is a wonderful laptop, they only thing I wish was that I could download more apps than it offers.

It’s ok. I’m unable to upload several apps that I like to use. I can’t download movies from Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime, or anything else… so for me it’s ok. I didn’t return it because it’s been over 30 days, although I just took it out the box.

Great device for high school student, hoping this device is sturdy enough to be used in college as well.

Computer is fine, but previous models just felt a bit more sturdy. This one doesn’t feel premium as previous laptops that I have purchased from Apple.

Best Buy has been very difficult to work with. My MacBook order for Christmas was switched for a box of baseball cards. They promised a replacement but refused to fulfilled due to “system actions”. Ordered 12/14/25 and still not received/delivered by 12/26/25. Customer service was unhelpful, as there was no speed of service and I had to call Best Buy 7 times over 2 weeks as there was no resolution to my complaints. Amazon fulfilled my order within 8 hours! Low chance I will be using Best Buy again.

This product was out of stock when I tried to purchase in store. I asked if it can be shipped to my place, the staff said yes but he didn’t tell be Best Buy works with third-party delivery vendor and he didn’t tell me this item request signature. I found out when I received the email and Best Buy customer service can’t help anymore since the label has been created and tell me I had to contact them myself. This caused som much trouble and stress when I could literally chose to pick up in store if the staff inform me.

Did not come with a charger and have been in a battle with Best Buy for three weeks now trying to get a charger sent to me, a refund for the charger or even a gift card. Radio silence. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. No one is helpful, it has been escalated multiple times and it has still gone nowhere. I get hung up on after waiting on hold for 25 minutes at a time and with no callback. Someone finally emailed me this week, but they gave me the option that the first customer service person told me three weeks ago as an option - that is simply not an option. I will never be buying from Best Buy again. Never been so frustrated in my life.

Came out of the box damaged. Thin line in the screen. Best Buy wants to charge $99 for an appointment to look at it. It is brand spanking new. Plus I bought the 3 year apple care plan. Best buy could have

I am used to an iPad and prefer it to MacBook. I’m too old to learn a new platform. Would like to take a class.

Daughter likes it for online college classes and apple products.

Screen is popped out on the left side, does not seem to effect the function. It does not meet the quality I have seen from my other Samsung purchases.

Still learning......then I'm sure it will be five stars!!

Issues with data transfer and malware notifications

Good quality product, but do not purchase if you are coming from windows. I have always had windows and wanted to switch to apple, but simply could not get used to it

I don’t see any visible improvement in M4 Air. Very much in terms of perfomance and built. I noticed slow charging and battry drain though.

Very comfortable to use & super efficient. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a lap top. Used for personal and work.
