    Phenomenal customer service, and great quality products. I spent a bit of time asking the staff questions and was blown away by their compassion, knowledge, and patience. I wish all customer service was as good as Best Buy's. I bought a new Macbook Air 13 inch Laptop, and it has been great.

    The staff at Best Buy on Herndon in Clovis California were very helpful. Had an issue with my card and my husband not being physically able to come into the store. They figured it out and we left with a laptop for my granddaughter to allow her to continue her schoolwork.
