The checkout process was quick and easy, and they even helped set up a few things to get me started. The store was clean, organized, and everything felt really customer-focused. Had the laptop for about a month now. The battery life, workload capabilities, and screen are all noteworthy for the price. My only complaint would be the speakers coming from a 2018 MacBook Pro. Otherwise this outperforms that computer and I got it for 1/3 of the price I paid for that.

Excellent laptop - if you're in the market for basic surfing, social media use, and fast downloads, this is the product for you. Only be interested in getting the Pro if you're worried about space and if you're doing larger projects. Otherwise, for most day to day operations, this works like a charm.

If you are looking for a dependable device for work, school, etc this is your go-to. The battery life is everything, and the sound on it almost sound like surround sound in my dorm room. I was able to sync and transfer files easily as well. The images are so clear. I highly recommended
