On line purchase did not match experience in store. I would not do it again. Store cannot perform as indicated on website.

Stop working after one week………………………………………………………..

My first MacBook. I needed autonomy for work, so I decided to buy this laptop. I've never used one before, so it was interesting to try something new for myself. I chose this Air M4. After a little over a week of use, my impressions are only positive. The quality is noticeable from the first minutes of use. I quickly figured out the new ecosystem for myself. There are things that I don't really like compared to Windows laptops, but maybe it's just habit. This laptop is definitely not for games, although something not heavy will pull. For games, it's better to consider gaming models on Windows. Autonomy is its main plus. I've been charging the laptop once every 1.5 days. The keyboard is pleasant to the touch, the touchpad... I haven't seen any super touchpad, as praised in reviews on Youtube. It's good. For example, the Asus TUF Gaming F15 has a cool touchpad and is in no way inferior to it.

The trade is was horrible- the staff lost of my data on my trade is. What a horrible process. Never again

I had the laptop for 3 months and I went to turn it on and it was a blank screen. I’m an adult and have it in a secure place.

This my review on a item the was ordered with my card information that was stolen and allowed to be picked up by someone without showing ID and allowed to drive off with the item using my alias and information without being asked to furnish an ID when it states on your online that a person must show their government ID that purchased it

Horrible product easy to break horrible customer service and i mean horrible my macbook had a black circle on the screen on second use it spreaded and no one would let me get a replacement in my return window went to 3 stores and was on phone with coporate be careful with your money here

This apple Mac book locked me out the first day having it then I had to get a new one because they couldn’t fix it then the new one some how changed my password so I just got my money back.

It was a smart choice. I like that is a light computer, good size to carry on, with a good performance and a perfect price

Never got it they showed delivery on one date and delivered another day that I wasn’t there instead of letting me come it up at the store they canceled my order. Told me I had to repurchase.

I’m extremely happy with my new MacBook Air M4 — it feels faster, smoother, and way more efficient than my old 2019 Intel chip MacBook Pro. The performance boost is instantly noticeable, especially with apps opening almost instantly and the battery lasting so much longer. Overall, it’s been a huge upgrade and totally worth it. I would definitely recommend getting it.
