Great product battery life is amazing can be used for 3 days without charging.

Good machine, but it needs a program equivalent to Word. Steve Jobs was always the master of elegant hardware. So it is not a surprise the MacBook follows the family tradition.

I got a great deal interns of price from Best Buy with a marginal increase from the corresponding M3 version. The experience has been great for me when video editing has been super smooth along with using the regular productivity related tools.

Great product but cost a little too high and any screen repairs are very expensive without best buy total care.

I’d love to win $400 but I’m just going to be honest about my experience. I recently had an Apple MacBook which I bought for my son for school within 2 months of the original purchase. We took the MacBook back to the Beat Buy store and they relayed that we were past the return date, that the product had a flaw that would be difficult and expensive to repair and that our best option was to return the broken laptop, buy a new one and then buy a maintenance plan. I was significantly disappointed with Best Buy selling products with known defects and then charging me an additional $49.99 to buy a protection plan. I do not feel as if this was a good experience and I would hope that Best Buy would take more responsibility for the products your represents.
