I had a great experience at Best Buy while looking for a Mac. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and they explained the differences between the Mac models clearly. The store was well organized, and the checkout process was smooth and quick. I really appreciated the helpful customer service and would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone planning to buy a Mac or other electronics.

I have an apple phone and iPad, but this is my first Mac computer. I had to learn a couple key strokes that are different from my PC computers, but I really like it. As an added bonus, it comes with a spreadsheet and word processor.

I absolutely love my MacBook! I hesitated for a long time before buying one, but it is worth it! I only charge it about once a week since I primarily use it for school, so the battery doesn't drain too much.

Perfect for my daughter as she gets ready for college. And what a deal. Only thing left to buy is a MS Office companion SW so she gets to use MS Office apps. Now I'm not able to comment on dependability but all works well. Bought the Sky Blue version which makes it stand out from the rest of silvers and blacks Macbooks.

just a Great computer the speed can't be beat and the battery life is impressive

So far this product has been excellent. I use it for school and work and it meets all my needs. I focus on speed and overall performance and I am really happy with it so far. This is my first MAC and switching from windows has take a little getting used to. The security features are great as well. Lightweight so its no problem carrying it around.

The MacBook is awesome. Very fast. Sleek style. Would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade or move away from a PC. Very disappointed in the trade-in program from Best Buy. My estimate for the trade in was $150, but they only paid out $85 and no one will tell my why. My old Macbook was in really good shape. I would not use the Bestbuy trade in program again.
