I asked if it can be shipped to my place, the staff said yes but he didn’t tell be Best Buy works with third-party delivery vendor and he didn’t tell me this item request signature. I found out when I received the email and Best Buy customer service can’t help anymore since the label has been created and tell me I had to contact them myself. This caused som much trouble and stress when I could literally chose to pick up in store if the staff inform me.
