I am very pleased with my Apple MacBook 13 inch laptop, I'm actually using it right now to respond to this rating!!! I'm a Apple Girl, so I'm kinda favored towards their products. I love it's easy to carry around and has millions of features to it, which I'm still learning. You won't be disappointed in this product!!

Love my new MacBook perfect for school light weight and super fast

I've been using Apple products since 1984! And although I am still not a very sophisticated user, I love apple products and the ease with which you can complete work. This product doesn't disappoint.

MY OLD MAC WAS AT LEAST 15 YEARS OLD IF NOT OLDER. IT WAS TIME TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW MAC. SO MANY NEW BELLS AND WHISTLES ON IT, IT IS QUITE REMARKABLE. I WON'T BUY ANYTHING EXCEPT APPLE PRODUCTS, SO, FOR ME, IT WAS A "NO BRAINER" I'M VERY HASPPY WITH THE NEW MAC. THANK YOU!

Needed to upgrade my old laptop for a better one and it was a good thing that I got this during a holiday sale

Great product, starts quickly and is very responsive, has great battery life and an outstanding display quality.

Bought an “excellent” open box and it had a crack in the screen. Best buy ended up replacing it but it was a whole process. It seems like they don’t pay attention to their returned items much. Other than that, the M4 air is an excellent machine. The only downside to it is that the screen is 60hz when all the competition is way past that.

As with all Apple profucts this is no exception. It is a wonderful piece of machinery that runs any task I throw at it. This computer will last anyone with any work load atleast 10 years if treated right. This is the computer I recommend to anybody now when they ask me what I use and what i would recommend.

I initially ordered the MacBook Air online, but unfortunately, the first package never arrived. Thankfully, Best Buy’s customer service was quick to respond and issued a refund without any hassle. I placed a second order and chose store pickup this time — it was smooth, quick, and everything went perfectly. The MacBook Air itself is amazing — sleek, fast, and exactly what I needed. Overall, a great product and solid customer support!

Love love love!!!! This was an impulsive buy due to a sale going on that I just couldn’t pass up. I’ve use this laptop LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE DAY since I got it. I have no regrets!

As a first-time Mac user coming from a Surface Laptop, the transition takes some adjustment. That said, everything I typically do on Windows, I can do here too. There are a few annoyances — like the delete key acting as backspace, lack of touchscreen and Face ID, and a keyboard layout that takes getting used to. The finish is also a fingerprint magnet. Still, none of these are dealbreakers. Overall, it’s a solid machine with a smooth experience once you adapt.

No more fan issues I had with my old one. Light weight. So far so good!

The purchase process was very simple and quick. It was neatly packaged and the discount was helpful towards saving some extra bucks. The macbook is extremely fast and great for the work I got it for so far. I have personalised it by linking it to my icloud account and downloaded the necessary terminal packages including homebrewer for my coding needs. Still getting familiar with it and its great, buy it!

I decided to finally upgrade from my M1 and im so happy I did! This is much faster and doesnt lag if i open more than 15 tabs.

I love my Mac. Its just what i needed. When i went to purchase my computer, i did some research. The employee was knowledgeable of his products. Im in school to get my doctorate degree and it has been good to me

I was never a fan of MacBooks until the M1 processor came along. Its performance and battery life were so superior to anything else on the market that I switched from being a long-time Windows laptop user. The MacBook Air 13 with the M4 chip builds on this excellence, with 16GB of RAM as standard being one of the most significant (and necessary) upgrades over the previous 8GB. This handles anything thrown at it when used as a day to day device, and the battery lasts all day. The lower price compared to last year also makes this a strong value purchase.

Bought this for our daughter in high school, in hopes that it will last through college. She is very happy with it so far (been using it for school/early college for about three weeks), and she likes the color.
