The process with Best Buy was super easy with trade in with Geek squad erasing old computer and BB employee was helpful with pickup and trade in.

I hesitated for a long time before buying one, but it is worth it! I only charge it about once a week since I primarily use it for school, so the battery doesn't drain too much.

Love this product
