I’d love to win $400 but I’m just going to be honest about my experience. I recently had an Apple MacBook which I bought for my son for school within 2 months of the original purchase. We took the MacBook back to the Beat Buy store and they relayed that we were past the return date, that the product had a flaw that would be difficult and expensive to repair and that our best option was to return the broken laptop, buy a new one and then buy a maintenance plan. I was significantly disappointed with Best Buy selling products with known defects and then charging me an additional $49.99 to buy a protection plan. I do not feel as if this was a good experience and I would hope that Best Buy would take more responsibility for the products your represents.

Very easy non pressure purchase. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with me making my choice to meet my needs.

Beautiful out of the box however some updating needed to be done and thus why I did not consider it a 5 star. Good bang for your buck

Great product but cost a little too high and any screen repairs are very expensive without best buy total care.

I like the laptop, musch faster than my older one. Still getting used to a Mac and gett8 g the VPN sett up.

I really needed a new laptop. HP wasn’t cutting it for me. I had to keep frothed every couple of years. The keys were getting stuck and it wasn’t moving fast enough for me. I bought the MacBook. No problems whatsoever. Love it

Our grandson's school recommended a MacBook M1-M4 for the start of his school year. Best Buy's pricing and sales support could not be matched.
