    I had a great experience at Best Buy while looking for a Mac. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and they explained the differences between the Mac models clearly.     Switching from windows to Mac is a learning but once you get used to it, it's wonderful. Battery life is the main plus I have for this laptop.
