It was surprise to learn that when it was sold to me it was second time, and warranty was activated after someone bought it first time. It was stressful to deal with Best Buy and Apple, none of them wanted to take responsibility. Finally Apple gave approval for extended warranty and fixed it. Best Buy should put a clear notes fir consumer that the item comes with less warranty because it was already sold to someone, even the box was sealed.
