The process of buying my first Apple Mac was very easy. I decided to let Best-buy transfer everything from my 11 year old Dell that had died to the new Apple since I was new to Apple. As the technicians were evaluating the size of storage it was discovered that the 256 was not enough so they allowed me to upgrade to a 512. Also they told me how to transfer the documents myself. Very satisfied with service and product.

I absolutely love my MacBook. It’s incredibly fast, smooth, and reliable. The display is beautiful, the battery life lasts all day, and everything runs seamlessly. It’s lightweight but powerful and perfect for both work and everyday use. Definitely worth the investment.

I have been wanting a needing a new laptop for a while, I am an Apple person and finally got a modern laptop. It was great for the couple weeks I got to use it until my husband found out I bought it and then I had to return it. Nothing wrong with the laptop and I hate that I didn’t get to keep it, but it was great while i had it.

Traded in my M2 8GB RAM Macbook Air toward this one. I can feel the improvement in speed (not massive, but it is def faster). Nice knowing I have 16GB RAM now. No need to worry about having lots of apps/tabs open. Absolutely awesome machine. The battery life is terrific! Very happy with my new Air!

Upgraded from a M1 MacBook Air to this M4 MacBook Air, and it feels like a true upgrade when you start noticing the difference in the keyboard, the speakers and the charging port. The M1 used to take one of the USB-C ports to charge, this M4 has its own dedicated port freeing up the previously taken port. The keyboard at first throws you off since it feel way different in a positive way to the M1. Touch ID made a significant increase in size and speed too. You get more screen with the camera cut being the only real bezel you might focus on, it's easily negligible. Overall would buy another one if I had the need to, but only though Best Buy since they're the only ones to offer real deal, not like other companies that mark up the prices to then sell at regular price and call it on sale. Best Buy is the way to go.

Awesome little compact Mac Book. My son son and went to Best Buy and was absolutely loved our purchase, helped by a young man who also was attending the same university my son was attending. What an awesome young man.

This is my work computer. I don’t actually use it for my physical job. But I operate much my life from it from doing eBay sales and managing Family trees to studying for Flight school and managing my financial spreadsheets. This computer has a lot of horsepower and it is always waiting on me rather than me ever waiting on it.

I came from another online store which was having some issue with the purchase, and I’m very happy with Best Buy’s overall service. I was able to reserve my product and pick it up in-store at a convenient date and time. Regarding the MacBook Air 13” purchase — it’s an excellent device! I’m switching from Windows after being a long-time user for over 30 years.

Excellent upgrade. My 2011 Macbook air just died. This is the replacement and hope to get as many years out of it. Unlocks fast with my Apple watch. Fingerprint unlock is a nice feature as well. The Midnight color does show some fingerprints, so I added a skin to the top and bottom, which also adds some protection. Looks so nice now. CPU is so much faster than what I'm used to.

The Midnight finish attracts fingerprints — and lots of them. You’ll end up wiping it often. But overall The M4 chip feels snappy and smooth in day-to-day work — browsing, writing, spreadsheets, Slack/Teams, even light photo editing. The speed boost over older MacBook Airs is noticeable.
