Apple has messed around with the charging port again, so it has the inconvenient charging port (MagSafe 3), but that is a choice from Apple design. Best Buy was amazing! Easy to order online. I wanted to change the colour so I took it to a Best Buy store and it was very easy to exchange. The staff were really lovely and accommodating.

Problems with access to my account and the entire “paper work” processing was a nightmare with no one able to solve the problem. Finally, after a little over a week, the issue was somewhat resolved.

Apple makes a great product and there are great incentives right now to purchase new models. Best Buy's team did a great job helping with helping us during the purchase. I definitely recommend.
