I bought the 13-inch MacBook for my daughter to take with her to college, and it has been an absolutely wonderful choice. From the moment she started using it, everything has run incredibly smoothly. Whether she’s taking notes in class, running multiple apps for her coursework, or just streaming content during downtime, the MacBook handles it all without a hitch. What truly stands out is how smoothly it runs. Whether she’s using it for writing papers, managing online classes, creating presentations, or editing photos and videos for her projects, the performance has been seamless. No lag, no crashes, and definitely no frustrations. Portability was another big factor for us. This model is incredibly lightweight and slim, which makes it perfect for carrying in her tote too. The build quality is excellent, it’s lightweight and easy to carry around campus, and the battery life lasts her through a full day of classes. Best of all she’s had zero complaints, which honestly says a lot! It gives me peace of mind knowing she has a dependable laptop that just works. Highly recommend this for any student heading off to school!

Only one thing about I don’t like is the MacBook Air’s display doesn’t perform as well as the MacBook pros when outdoors. I don’t work outdoors often enough for this to bother me. A balance between lightweight and quality build. The 13” air is still not as light as the old 12” MacBook but the lightest Apple has to offer currently. With the aluminum body, this laptop feels high quality and somewhat light. The M4 is a powerful processor for basic task. I bought this for school and traveling while my M1 16” Pro is reserved for work and heavy-loaded stuff. This laptop has a great battery life for school and a decent display. I am able to get by classes and study a bit with enough battery leftover to not have anxiety. However, I am a light user when I’m in an academic setting so take that into consideration. I’m so happy I can carry this MacBook around and NOT the charger too because campus is so big that any weight I can save will be significant over the course of my day.

This thing handles everything I throw at it– clean, fast, no fan tantrums. I’m running stacked tabs, audio sessions, file transfers, and it’s still cool under pressure. Battery holds up like it’s got something to prove, and the screen? Crisp enough to make you second-guess your old setup. Feels like it was built for motion and lag-less workflow, even when I forget to close things. Lightweight in the hand, heavyweight in capability. If you know how to work, it keeps up. No gimmicks, just flow.

My MacBook is absolutely amazing! It looks so sleek and stylish. I got the 13-inch model, and it’s just the right size. It fits perfectly in my school bag, so I can take it everywhere I go. The quality and graphics are soo good & my computer stays charged all day … YALL BUY ITTTT. And if you’re doing an online order and pick up in person, you need your id upon arrival.

I was fortunate to get this at the sale price of $849. This was so compelling I bought one, and decided to get 2nd one for myself. This was with 256 gig option 14 inch. Purchased in both the new blue grey, and midnight color. I am currently using these to dabble in AI video editing, gaming on Xbox Cloud, general use. The battery truly is over 18hrs. I am what you call power user using every aspect of the machine streaming music , surfing , writing etc. Even when I was gaming on Xbox cloud gaming and was gaming for long night as was competing Doom Dark Ages still had 20% battery after gaming all night. I normally have used Windows machines, but had MacBook air of the past. This M4 was able to edit videos in speedy way using Veo 3 Google Tools. Overall , I really care about nice bright screen, clear audio, battery life, and never to stutter on video, or opening multiple windows etc. When I gave this laptop as gift it was to replace a MacBook air from like before pandemic. It is about 30% faster than the prior processors. This Mac is for every person that wants a very nice laptop for under $1000. It does come with excellent tools from writing,to video editing . Nice, bonus subscription trials came with mine such as Apple Music, Apple TV+, Games Etc. Finding a nice capable laptop under $1000 that can hold it's on , is rare. Though I'm not using this was it was possible to run newest Windows inside this through emulation. However , I have decided to keep this MacOs. Only bummer is that games like Mortal Kombat One on Steam do not support MacOs by default. Something to hope to see more developers support MacOs especially M1 on. It will come with charger though I did upgrade to faster charger. Overall, this is great laptop for many and did see options for iPhone and iPad integration mirroring etc. You do have option to upgrade storage ,size etc. For me though I care about portability so that's why stuck with 14 inch. Storage was 256 is aok for normal usage. However, if you are downloading big videogames they will take up lots of space. Most people do use some sort of cloud ie iCloud. However you could buy external drives for storage. I think this a great laptop that could buy for any friend or family member and they will love it, for what it is able to do.

This MacBook Air M4 is a beast! It’s insanely fast apps launch instantly, multitasking is smooth, and the battery life seriously lasts all day. The display is super clear and vibrant, and the whole design feels premium and light. I upgraded to 16GB RAM and it handles everything I throw at it, even editing and design work. Every time I use it, it feels like using the future. If you’re thinking about upgrading don’t hesitate. Apple really knocked it out of the park with this one.

If you’ve been a long-time Windows user like me, this is a laptop you can switch to without fear — and one you’ll quickly realize you never want to leave. The MacBook Air M4 (13-inch) is simply a device you’ll fall in love with. The biggest criticism of Macs has always been their so-called “limitations,” but in reality, I found the restrictions to be minimal. I was able to install everything I needed directly from the internet without any issues. On top of that, you’re getting what Windows laptops can rarely match: incredible battery life, outstanding portability, powerful performance, and premium build quality. At this price point, it’s almost impossible to find another laptop that combines all of these strengths. Unless you’re planning to play very large, demanding games, the Air is perfect. For casual gaming, watching shows and movies, or getting all your work done, this is the laptop. You don’t need to keep searching — this one checks all the boxes.

I highly recommend this laptop. It's very lightweight, has a sleek design, multiple colors to choose from to meet everyone's needs, long battery life, & it also has the perfect screen size. I compared a lot of different laptops (HP, Apple, Dell, Microsoft, etc.) before deciding to purchase this one, and this laptop gives me everything I need for an amazing price. I also love that I can sync my iPad with this laptop so I have an extra screen to work with, & I use this feature every day. You are definitely getting your moneys worth when you buy this computer.

I love this MacBook Air 13”. It’s really light, runs fast, and the battery lasts all day! Perfect for work, school, or travel. Honestly, I’m incredibly surprised by how much I love this purchase. I’ve been a life long Windows user but I needed a light laptop with good battery life and this fits what I was looking for perfectly. The move to 16GB RAM on the base model was a great move by Apple. MacOS is great for casual browsing and Video editing so far as well. I think my one major con is how insanely expensive storage upgrades are. It’s highway robbery. I have some other smaller cons but they can be fixed with software or I can easily forgive. All in all I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and am glad I have a Mac a chance. This has become my daily driver laptop and everything from the hardware to the software just feels great.

I just got the 13” MacBook Air M4 in Starlight to start college with, and I seriously couldn’t be happier with it. First off, the Starlight color is so nice in person—kind of like a soft gold that’s super clean and stylish without being too flashy. It feels like a little upgrade from the usual silver. I’ve been using it to prep for school—setting up my classes, doing some writing, and just getting organized—and it runs really fast and smooth. I’ve also had Netflix, music, and a bunch of tabs open at the same time and it never lagged. It just handles everything so well. What I love most is the battery life—this thing lasts all day and then some. I don’t feel like I have to keep it plugged in constantly, which is great since I’ll be moving around campus a lot. And it’s super light, so it’ll be easy to carry in my backpack without feeling weighed down. Overall, I feel like this was the perfect choice for starting college.
