    This was an open box purchase, which saved me some money and it is an excellent condition as they stated, except for there is a sticker mark on the outside that will not come off and that’s not great because they didn’t specify that when I purchased it.

    Overall very good laptop. The only downside is for most entertainment apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc) you have to get a separate app to run all services. Also for students switching over documents to submit for classes can be a bit of a task.
