Computer not finished parts were missing. IT WAS A MAC BOOK AIR.It was replaced when returned. And handled very professanaly.

I purchased a laptop and they offer you a free subscription to some anti virus, one year later it will revew and charge you 49 USD everyyear until you cancel. They dont tell you any fo this, just tell you its free. I dont support businesses that try to scam cuatomers! I wont buy here in the future if i can avoid it.

wasn’t what I expected. I’ve had MacBooks in the past and this was not the same one that I used to have. It seems like they’ve got downgraded.

Horrible experience. There was liquid stains on the computer. Slight scratches were expected but when I went to return the item the employee refused to let me trade and just gave me a refund when I explained how much I needed the computer but didn’t feel comfortable with it possibly having liquid damage. She then offered to let me purchase another one but told me I would have to spend another $900 instead of just swapping them out. I had to wait to be refunded and purchased a brand new one same price in Amazon.

The items works well but Best Buy is not a place I would buy it from. I kissed the first attempt at delivery and I called fedex said I could get it delivered again if Best Buy called to ask for delivery again the next day because they were requesting the item to be sent back to them. Best Buy was no help and bad customer service. There was more to this experience but overall I will not be buying again from Best Buy and FedEx actually saved the day with this issue.

Problem with delivery. Delivery suppose to delivery on the date provided; however on the day of delivery got a notification stating the delivery will be delayed then next morning I found the package was delivered and was siting at my front door overnight.

The item was never delivered to my house even though the Roadie associate said it was. The verification picture was just of the outside of the box, no houses, doors, etc to confirm. Our $1000+ graduation laptop was "lost or stolen" and Best Buy would not guarantee or help with locating. I WOULD NOT use Best Buy delivery since they use unverified delivery services and do not back up their purchases!!!

Honestly, I had it for a couple months and had a crash im not sure what happened but apple claimed it was water damage and best buy couldn’t help me either. Wouldn’t really recommend apple laptops anymore. Before the crash it was a really nice cute laptop to own.

Terrible delivery time for a first time user and even worst customer service , every agent told me something different and would not be buying anything soon, after you guys made a mistake couldn’t even have the decency to award any form of gratification, instead all the agents were saying is it’s not in there policy , hence why I love Amazon and have always been using them , the items were the same price there but someone referred me to try you guys and after loosing money by not been able to work for a few days no one even had the decency to reach out to me until after I waited for an hour for a supervisor on there customer service who just asked 2 questions and apologized

meh.. i mean not too crazy about the monitor.. they really downgraded it compared to the mac book pro

Failed Wifi HW less than 6 months. Need to send it in for service

Therefore, it mismatch the description of “Excellent”! - The MagSafe cable is mismatched — the laptop is pearl white, but the cable is black, so it’s clearly not the original accessory. - Also, I checked the Apple warranty and it expires on May 18, 2026, which means I lost about 4 months of coverage.

BEWARE!!! Best Buy contracts with unreliable delivery agents! You won’t receive your order and Best Buy will not replace or refund you. Order direct through Apple. Much safer.

The computer may be great, but the delivery service is not flexible. They returned the item to the store and the order was canceled. I had to reorder the item for in store pick up. BEST BUY, PLEASE GET A BETTER DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

Member ID: 7875690985 I was assured that the Price I got on October 28th of $847 would match any offer for the rest of the year. However just a month later the same product is available for $749. This is a loss of $100 that I need to be compensated for.

Its just not all that. The passive cooling with no fan isnt great for longevity. Not as many ports as the pro. So many reasons the air isnt really saving you money when you choose it over the pro. I had this laptop for about 6 days. No thank you. Not a fan in any way whatsoever other than it was seemingly fast startup.

The item is perfect but the stress of supposed next day delivery was a hassle. Kept tell me next day and never showed up. Had to drive an hour to pick up.
