    Product itself is great, but the process of obtaining it after ordering through Best Buy was horrible. When you pay for next day delivery, you expect it to come as expected. The delivery date was constantly postponed and the laptop was sitting on a truck for almost a week. I was told that someone had to be home to sign for it for an estimated delivery date anywhere from that day to 2 weeks out. They need to actually fulfill their end of obligations and not cause customers to have to sit around and not leave the house because the order got messed up after purchasing. I was also sent the incorrect case for the computer which had to be returned refunded and repurchased. Never again

    As with all Apple products, this laptop exceeds my expectations. In regards to Best Buy and their buy the privilege to purchase, I will no longer recommend or purchase anything from Best Buy!

    Meets my needs perfectly. It’s been about 10 years since I’ve owned a MacBook and all I can say is wow! I love how well this integrates with my other Apple devices. The graphics are amazing, too! No complaints.
