The worse experience. Once it got lost in the system no one was trained to help me. In the end after they fail twice to get it to me, once shipping via Fedex and then in-store. I reorder it myself and still the order is in their system. No one care there any more.

Bad overheats and 60hz display and keyboard is bad and hard to open

Piece of crap!! I have tried and tried to use this MacBook and it continuously goes back to an old gmail account that I had 15 plus years ago that I don’t have access too. I have not even been able to sign into it and it was a Christmas present and I can’t return it due to the “window of time” I literally have not been able to do anything on it

The item was never delivered to my house even though the Roadie associate said it was. The verification picture was just of the outside of the box, no houses, doors, etc to confirm. Our $1000+ graduation laptop was "lost or stolen" and Best Buy would not guarantee or help with locating. I WOULD NOT use Best Buy delivery since they use unverified delivery services and do not back up their purchases!!!

Problem with delivery. Delivery suppose to delivery on the date provided; however on the day of delivery got a notification stating the delivery will be delayed then next morning I found the package was delivered and was siting at my front door overnight.

Computer not finished parts were missing. IT WAS A MAC BOOK AIR.It was replaced when returned. And handled very professanaly.

I purchased a laptop and they offer you a free subscription to some anti virus, one year later it will revew and charge you 49 USD everyyear until you cancel. They dont tell you any fo this, just tell you its free. I dont support businesses that try to scam cuatomers! I wont buy here in the future if i can avoid it.

wasn’t what I expected. I’ve had MacBooks in the past and this was not the same one that I used to have. It seems like they’ve got downgraded.

meh.. i mean not too crazy about the monitor.. they really downgraded it compared to the mac book pro

Quality sub-par. Screen has had missing pixels since day one.

It was what the Apple Store called a "bad apple". The tech guy said that he'd only seen it one other time in his seven years working for Apple. Best Buy exchanged it without any problems.

Terrible delivery time for a first time user and even worst customer service , every agent told me something different and would not be buying anything soon, after you guys made a mistake couldn’t even have the decency to award any form of gratification, instead all the agents were saying is it’s not in there policy , hence why I love Amazon and have always been using them , the items were the same price there but someone referred me to try you guys and after loosing money by not been able to work for a few days no one even had the decency to reach out to me until after I waited for an hour for a supervisor on there customer service who just asked 2 questions and apologized

Its just not all that. The passive cooling with no fan isnt great for longevity. Not as many ports as the pro. So many reasons the air isnt really saving you money when you choose it over the pro. I had this laptop for about 6 days. No thank you. Not a fan in any way whatsoever other than it was seemingly fast startup.

• However, it was sold as excellent condition, the original box is missing. Therefore, it mismatch the description of “Excellent”! - The MagSafe cable is mismatched — the laptop is pearl white, but the cable is black, so it’s clearly not the original accessory. - Also, I checked the Apple warranty and it expires on May 18, 2026, which means I lost about 4 months of coverage.

Someone else has an Apple account on it even though it was supposed to be new would like to return it for a different one if possible.

Failed Wifi HW less than 6 months. Need to send it in for service

They left my item in a wrong okace that it was stolen although they were given specific instructions!

Already reviewed - listed my issues and never heard back. Item was great - service was awful.
