So grateful to have all Apple products again! I had a PC for seven years, and I was unimpressed from the get go. Tech support kinda messed my system up from the get go, and the camera broke after a year…just in time for Covid and endless Zoom meetings!! I’m still coordinating using a laptop, iPad, and iPhone to work and play, and so far, it’s been great. Yay Apple!!

Bought computers and equipment for our staff team. Everyone is very happy. Deliveries were on time. No issues whatsoever. We did price shopping, and Best Buy's prices were the lowest, free shipping, add ons like office 365 subscriptions, security software, free printing toner for 4 months, etc. No way we could have gotten a better deal.

2nd apple air, loved it, bought a pro loved it, then went back to air-they last 4 years possible 6, buy on sale, this computer is small, compact, light wt., has magnet plug in, but you can also use reg. plug for charging-got a Mac never go back so true, great sale price just in time for dyeing pro, daughter also has apple tablets and apple air computer, bought midnight which is like blue-very nice

I have been an avid Macbook Aur/Pro user for well over 14 years. Yes, it is more expensive but it lasts much longer than any PC. I’m currently on year 3 of my Macbook Pro and i will use it for at least 3 more. They are well built and always function correctly. Can’t say enough about them.

I love this laptop. It is perfect for everything I need, web browsing, sending emails, doing things for work. I am a big fan of apple products and will continue to invest in macs. My last macbook lasted 10 years and I'm hoping this will do the same

I bought this item open box. The listing stated it had smears or dust on it, but honestly it was in great shape. Once I returned home I discovered that it only had 13 charge cycles on record. The rep allowed me to open it, boot it, and inspect it before purchase. Best Buy was very generous labeling this as “good” instead of excellent condition! Very happy.

Upgraded from the MacBook Air M1. The remote control for the cell phone, and the monitor extension to my Ipad Pro are a nice touch. Also, Best Buy offered a $300 trade in for the old comp, so highly recommend if you are in the same position. I love Apple's products and the M1 MacBook air is my new everyday use comp.

Great computer, 16 yr old daughter loves it. Purchased the wrong color. When I exchanged it, I was forced to pay the higher price on the exchange as the original was on sale. Thought that was pretty poor customer service on the part of Best Buy.
