    The items works well but Best Buy is not a place I would buy it from. I kissed the first attempt at delivery and I called fedex said I could get it delivered again if Best Buy called to ask for delivery again the next day because they were requesting the item to be sent back to them. Best Buy was no help and bad customer service. There was more to this experience but overall I will not be buying again from Best Buy and FedEx actually saved the day with this issue.

    Horrible horrible service. I received the wrong item and now they won’t let me return it. I order a silver color laptop but once it came it was blue. I tried to exchange it in store but upon inspection by one of the staff members, they said the serial number on the box does not match the serial number on the laptop. And that there is someone out there in the world that has a laptop that has the same serial number as the box. They were unable to process the refund in store and told me to call customer service. I’ve talked to multiple people on customer service and they told me to just return it. The package was sent back to me a few days ago. Called again and they said they will follow up with an email and have someone come physically to my house to fetch the product. Today I received a email stating that they are unable to process the return due to the mismatch in serial numbers…WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM THE WHOLE TIME BUT NO ONE IS LISTENING! I paid for a brand new laptop, so why did I get a refurbished one? Words can’t even explain how mad I am.

    It’s ok. I’m unable to upload several apps that I like to use. I can’t download movies from Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime, or anything else… so for me it’s ok. I didn’t return it because it’s been over 30 days, although I just took it out the box.

    I made a purchase of a new apple Mac air for my son on 12/1/25. I paid over $1K including the Microsoft subscription that cost $80 for the year. To make a long story short. I was sold a used labtop as a new one. I never bother to inspect the laptop as I assumed I was dealing with a reputable company like Best Buy. When my son open the box, the laptop was chip on all four corners. I took it back, and the Loptop serial number didn’t even match the serial number on the receipt I was given. They scan the box serial number and that box was never sold in that store, but some how made it’s way into the store inventory room. When they scan the Loptop it came back as a Loptop sold back in 2023. Again, when I purchase the loptop, I asked and paid for the 2025 Mac air m4. Please double check your purchase, especially if you buy from the Best Buy in Norther Blvd, Queens, NY. This store has a serious problem with dishonest employees. I do want to thank Ernesto, who took charge of our issue. The manager on schedule was not helpful, as she failed to realize how upsetting that situation was for us.

    Did not come with a charger and have been in a battle with Best Buy for three weeks now trying to get a charger sent to me, a refund for the charger or even a gift card. Radio silence. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. No one is helpful, it has been escalated multiple times and it has still gone nowhere. I get hung up on after waiting on hold for 25 minutes at a time and with no callback. Someone finally emailed me this week, but they gave me the option that the first customer service person told me three weeks ago as an option - that is simply not an option. I will never be buying from Best Buy again. Never been so frustrated in my life.

    Came out of the box damaged. Thin line in the screen. Best Buy wants to charge $99 for an appointment to look at it. It is brand spanking new. Plus I bought the 3 year apple care plan. Best buy could have

    Best Buy has been very difficult to work with. My MacBook order for Christmas was switched for a box of baseball cards. They promised a replacement but refused to fulfilled due to “system actions”. Ordered 12/14/25 and still not received/delivered by 12/26/25. Customer service was unhelpful, as there was no speed of service and I had to call Best Buy 7 times over 2 weeks as there was no resolution to my complaints. Amazon fulfilled my order within 8 hours! Low chance I will be using Best Buy again.

    This product was out of stock when I tried to purchase in store. I asked if it can be shipped to my place, the staff said yes but he didn’t tell be Best Buy works with third-party delivery vendor and he didn’t tell me this item request signature. I found out when I received the email and Best Buy customer service can’t help anymore since the label has been created and tell me I had to contact them myself. This caused som much trouble and stress when I could literally chose to pick up in store if the staff inform me.
