I Love quality Apple products on sale and with good warranty

WE HAD TO RETURNED AND EXHANGE LAPTOP , IT WAS ACTING UP BLANKING OUT RANDOMLLY

This laptop is great for everything, especially considering its portability. However, the experience I've had at a local BB (South Setauket, NY) was horrible, making it the WORST purchase I've made this year. The customer rep and store manager didn't know how to process the return, gave me false information that Apple laptops cannot be returned to the store, and showed unprofessional behavior to the customer. After this incident, I contacted online/phone customer service to confirm that I could return the laptop to the store. To avoid the same horrible experience, I went to a different store (Patchogue, NY) for a return, which took less than 3 minutes, and had a pleasant conversation with the rep.

The new MacBook Air with the M4 chip is incredibly impressive. Came in a huge box with no packing paper, peanuts, bubble wrap, not anything... It was damaged upon receipt, and my local store denied the return because I didn't open the box in the store. They told me I'd have to take it up with Apple! I had to be a "Karen" and demand a manager for 40 minutes before i was able to get an exchange. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY! I will never buy another Apple product from BestBuy, heck, I wouldn't buy a Snickers bar if it were .50 cents at their store after this aweful experience.

Not a big fan of Apple products. Bought the Apple Air for my daughter. Apple certainly has established brand recognition.

Honestly, I had it for a couple months and had a crash im not sure what happened but apple claimed it was water damage and best buy couldn’t help me either. Wouldn’t really recommend apple laptops anymore. Before the crash it was a really nice cute laptop to own.

I'm used to a chromebook so I was not ready for a Mac. The salesman convinced us to buy it. I still prefer the chromebook and have configured the Mac to basically to a cb.

Good quality, I wished the charger came eith usbC and not the magnetic one

Ordered an Excellent rated machine and the asset came with the wrong power supply for the model and scuff marks. I reached out to customer service several times and the options were to drive 1.5 hours away or send the laptop back. The options with customer service are more limited than buying a new product so I'd caution someone from buying an open box item.
