Solid entry level MacBook

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro, and I bought this MacBook Air on Sale as a family device, lending it to my kids. It's great that Apple still allows multiple accounts on the same computer, and it is integrated with Screen Time on their iPads. I took one star because of the screen quality and the entry-level storage option. Granted, I knew what I was getting; however, I find it unacceptable, even on an entry-level device, to put an outdated, pale, low refresh rate screen. As for the storage, while many laptops start as 256GB, they still offer expandable storage via SD card or M2. Apple doesn't and in addition, hikes their storage prices. I don't like that.
