He was professional, polite and kind. Helped me download the bestbuy app and explained that if within 60 days my MacBook Air lowered in price all I would have to do is call and my credit card would be reimbursed! It really was just that easy! I did come down in price the app alerted me it had done so and I called my credit card reimbursed. Val is a great asset to the store!

Switched From A window to an Apple

Found a lot of apps don’t work on the laptop. And the screen is not a touch screen. Many nice features that do cross over. It is very fast and getting used to the differences. Haven’t had it long enough to say I made the best choice.
