[Employee of bestbuy] Tried out a MacBook for the first time, have always had an iPhone but never tried Apple’s computers. It’s definitely a learning curve if you’ve never worked with it, I say if you’re willing to learn something new if you’ve never worked with it absolutely get this laptop any of the Macbooks. This computer is amazing the M4 chip is super powerful never had an issue with this device since the day of getting it, my biggest thing with this device is with it being this powerful the battery is amazing! I can put this in my bag for 3 days in sleep mode and open it back up and be fine for a work session, with Windows never especially anything beefer with a graphics card. If you want portable, extreme battery life, and have Apple already this is a must!

This replaced an older MacBook. It is MUCH faster, the screen is better, and we really like the extra plug. It is so easy to use and we had very little difficulty transferring everything from the old MacBook. That said, we will probably never buy from BestBuy again. When I called to see if BB had one in stock, I was told that they had one and would transfer all of our data and apps because we were buying from BB. The representative made it clear that the transfer would be without charge. When we got to the store, we were told that there was a $100 charge for the transfer. I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed the charge. When I told them the representative on the phoniness had told me there was no charge at the point of purchase, the manager made it clear to me that he could care less about my having to pay. I could have (and should have) cancelled the transaction and gone to the Apple Store where I know they would not charge for the transfer but I was not feeling well, so I just completed the deal and left. I have received emails about credits (small) as a BB customer since this purchase, but I am unlikely to ever buy from BB again. The law calls this bait and switch and I will tell this experience to everyone who might be considering a BB purchase.

This is my first MacBook and I love it. I think the processing speed is very efficient and the charge is decent. There are some different learning curves from a Windows to this but I love that all of my devices connect together, makes it very convenient.

The 13" MacBook Pro is extremely fast, portable, and efficient, but it’s also starting to feel outdated compared to the newer 14-inch Pros. It’s great for students, professionals, technicians, and anyone who wants long battery life and strong performance in a small size.

I love the weight of this machine, fast computing, and most importantly the operating system software of the MacBook Air. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Best Buy always has the goods!

Got this for my wife for Christmas and she uses it everyday and loves it. Really fast with a great screen. Battery lasts her all day with pretty heavy use.

Amazing Macbook. Cheaper then the Apple Store, I bought the Starlight colorway and it looks even better in person. The Battery does overhead on extreme use but I guess its normal since there arent any fans inside, for its slimness. Perfect for Editing or such softwares.

This laptop is my first dabble into the Mac experience and I must say, it has been a great experience thus far. As a long-time Windows user, the transition to Mac was something I hesitated to do. But with its light form factor, the ease of use for causal computing, and how quietly it runs, I would recommend it to anyone.

Works as perfect definition of a laptop. Quite, no fan noise, does not get hot and performs multiple tasks as smoothly one can enjoy work.

Great laptop but Fantastic overall help loading and downloading old data into the new MacBook! Thank you Best buy squad! The laptop is super fast, light weight , with tons of applications. A must for college students!

Excellent battery life and I can run all my iPad apps no problems. I do a lot of portable operations with ham radio and this is perfect for everything I want it to do!

I love my MacBook Air. It’s lightweight enough to take with me on campus: I just put it in my backpack and the way we go. The MacBook is easy to use, has great display, and has a lot of features that I like.
