    Purchased for my granddaughter who needed it for school. It was exactly what she wanted and needed. As a long-time MacBook user was more than happy to do it and BestBuy price was best in town. Associate was very helpful and patient with her.

    I had to change passwords because the same password couldn’t be used for two different items under the same account (iPhone and MacBook) and now I’m locked out of both because my new password isn’t correct. This needs to be easier to integrate.
