I ordered a MacBook on Oct 31. Shipment was damaged in transit and cancelled by Roadie. Best Buy customer service advised that a refund was initiated on November 1. I have been calling them every day since Nov 10 — every customer service agent tells me a refund has not been initiated and promises to initiate one (since the item was never delivered). I’ve reported the matter to BBB and FTC. Online blogs indicate that Best Buy is doing this to multiple customers. I cannot wait for the regulators to shut this terrible and fraudulent company down once and for all.

My 2011 Mac Pro finally embraced the color spectrum . It was a sad day for me but feel that I have come home with my new Mac air M4.. it’s incredibly beautiful, metallic midnight blue and the display are beautiful. Incredibly fast and very light regarding the weight. Incredible battery life. I simply love this computer and buy it through Best Buy as a total member. The AppleCare is included.. I still look over my old computer with fondness, but like all Apple products, they recognize their own and acclimate themselves to the family.. transferring data from one to the other was as easy as one could possibly think, simply placing one next to the other.
